She specializes in the treatment of skin cancer, combining advanced surgical expertise with a meticulous, personalized approach to care. Dr. Kornmehl’s goal is to completely remove skin cancer while preserving healthy tissue and achieving the best possible functional and cosmetic outcome. She then pursued advanced subspecialty training through an American College of Mohs Surgery–accredited fellowship under Dr. Leonard Goldberg, developing expertise in skin cancer surgery, microscopic margin evaluation, and complex reconstructive techniques.
Her commitment to advancing dermatologic care is reflected in her publications in peer-reviewed medical journals and presentations at dermatology meetings nationwide.
